My husband and I went here late on a Wednesday night and waited about 10 minutes for a table due to the small size of the house, which is just adorable. The staff was super friendly, the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. I was able to have gluten free pasta and gluten free turtle cheesecake. Apparently the key lime pie was also gluten free but we were too stuffed to have two desserts. The picture of my pasta was taken after I started eating it cuz I was so excited!

Man, this was a phenomenal restaurant. My folks had mentioned they went here years ago so we gave it a try. It’s a house that is converted to a restaurant but don’t let that lower your expectations. It’s incredibly busy because everyone knows how good it is. They have a large front porch where you can wait or you can journey upstairs where they have a cash bar and quite a few board games to pass the time. Once we were seated our waitress was just awesome and all the food was incredible. I’ve rarely had a meal where I was this satisfied with all aspects of the experience. Highly recommend this place.

Talk about home cooked Italian food!!! This restaurant is actually in a house!! Bar and waiting area in the upstairs. The bread and salad starters were fantastic. And the entrees came out. The wife had some chicken Alfredo and I had some sort of veal. The food was amazing!!! Pair that with the service and this place is absolutely amazing!!!

So pleasantly surprised by this charming find. Ermilio's is in an old house with a cozy atmosphere and friendly service. The food was delicious and the roasted garlic for your bread was the cherry on top. A large wine selection for such a small place and the cocktails were also amazing. Highly recommend for an intimate date night spot.

Had an amazing time there. A local shop lady told us about it and it did not disappoint at all. The staff was on the ball and super friendly. The food was amazing and we also got a tiramisu which was heavenly. All the dishes were fabulous and the garlic bread had a nice twist to it

I can't say enough excellent things about this special and thoughtful restaurant. Wait was long, but we had an amazing time upstairs with the bartender Simon while waiting. He was making thoughtfully crafted drinks - perhaps the best we had during our trip here. The conversation was also thoughtful :) Secondly, once we were seated, Lauren was a delight and accommodated us so well as our server. So friendly, and answered all our questions. I also believe he was making drinks downstairs and did a great job with my dirty martini. Finally, and most importantly, the food was all delicious and well seasoned. It's worth the wait... A night to remember in Eureka!!!

We arrived about 45 minutes after they opened, and it was an hour wait. Fortunately, they have a nice little bar upstairs, so I was able to grab a cocktail and enjoy the weather outside. Once I was seated, the waiter brought by some delicious bread accompanied by soft, whole garlic cloves. I smashed one up, spread it on the bread, and sprinkled some fresh grated Parmesan on top. It was fantastic! The waiter sold me on a special that evening which included seared Ahi Tuna with a wasabi sauce, pasta, and green beans. This entree seriously blew me away. The flavor was incredible. I had the Italian wedding cake for dessert, and it was spectacular! A warm, soft, creamy, nutty cake that honestly knocked my socks off. Our server was super friendly and attentive. The guy really knew his stuff and made us feel welcome. This is my go-to recommendation for food in Eureka Springs.

My husband who is not an Italian food guy... was in love with this place! Best Italian food he’s ever had. The Tuscan pasta was to die for! Delicious bread and stuffed mushrooms! We were even comped an appetizer because they accidentally gave our table away to someone with the same name. We didn’t ask, they just did that. Incredibly nice people. Staff was awesome. Waiting upstairs in the lounge was fun, they have games. We will talk about this place for years! Must try if you visit eureka springs.
